Getting the same issue with local FedEx print shops as well for other custom game related things.
My solution, “hide” the Zombicide Logo from the back of the card and add custom text that says:
– Vault Weapon
– Equipment
– Zombie Spawn

Put meaningful text of what the actual card type is. I will be printing out the entire base set and custom cards so I can easily use them together. So by doing the above I actually will make the game better (in my eyes), now everyone knows easily what kind of card it is. Although the original color coding did just this. Dang lawyers…

They won’t allow the Zombicide logo on the back of the card. I have yet to find another print service that will do this.
